Cardiff Customers Benefit from Marla Quality and Service

We are delighted to announce that Marla Custom Blinds franchisee Joseph Anyaike is now open for business supplying and installing bespoke plantation shutters in Cardiff.
Joseph completed his training and only started trading in February 2021. bringing beautiful, high-quality window blinds, shutters, and conservatory sails, to homeowners and commercial clients in South Wales.

Joseph’s first client was a gentleman who wanted six wooden plantation shutters for his home in Cardiff’s Heath district.

Due to COVID 19 restrictions, Joseph conducted his initial conversation by telephone, ascertaining the customer’s specific needs and desires, as well as the scale of the project.

As it turned out, the client wanted plantation shutters for two large bay windows, three square bedroom windows and a square kitchen window.

Joseph followed up their conversation with an email the same day containing links to the relevant products. Much to his delight, the customer sent back dimensions by return.  Our initial quotation, sent the following day, was accepted!

As usual, a site survey was then scheduled. This allowed Joseph to double-check the measurements, identify any potential installation issues, and answer any outstanding customer questions.   Attention to detail is a crucial feature of Marla’s Custom Blinds professional approach.

Finally, after confirming the specifications with Marla’s in-house manufacturing team, the order was placed, allowing the team to programme-in the bespoke wooden shutters’ installation which has been scheduled for mid-April.
