Bay Window Shutters

Our bay window shutters are tailor-made to fit the specific dimensions and angles of your bay windows and are manufactured and installed to follow the shape of your bay windows for a perfect fit and to ensure the beauty, look and feel of your bay is retained.

Bay Window shutters offer excellent light control, privacy and security plus they are virtually maintenance free, allergen free and will not attract the dust and mould that some other window dressings might.

There are several types of bay windows but the most common are the square bay that would have 90 degree posts and the splay bay which would have 135 degree posts. Both these types of bay can have a return window either side of the centre section or at one end only.

Measuring shutters for bay windows, especially the splay bay shapes, requires careful and accurate measuring and you may be advised that it is best to treat each window section as an individual shutter as this can sometimes be the easier option to measure and install.

On occasions the shape and style of your bay may dictate that individual shutters for each window section would be the most suitable but generally it is best to treat bay window shutters as a single shutter with the correct type of corner posts so the shutter fills the bay window, follows the lines of the bay and the posts line up with the vertical window frames.

The most popular styles of shutters for bay windows are full height and tier on tier, both of which can be manufactured to suit any shape or style of bay window and come in a wide selection of colours and stained finishes with a range of louvre sizes from 47mm through to 114mm.

Our bay window range of shutters are available in various materials such as wood, vinyl, or composite materials. Each material has its own set of advantages, including durability, resistance to moisture, and ease of maintenance.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We needed some new conservatory aluminium Venetian blinds and Danny offered a an extremely competitive price for some Perfect Fit blinds together with a huge range of colour options. Having placed the order, the blinds arrived within two weeks and ahead of schedule and Danny fitted the blinds with great care and attention to detail.
The service provided by Danny was superb from start to finish and I cannot recommend Marla Blinds and Danny highly enough.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We needed 3 blinds for a bay window and Danny advised on what was suitable, taking into consideration the light, type of fabric and type of blind. Measurements were taken and he ordered the blinds from the manufacturer. They were ready for installation about 3 weeks later. Danny took a couple of hours to complete the job. His work was meticulous and we were very happy with the end result. I tried to find fault with the work but couldn’t ! It’s rare to find someone who pays such attention to doing a quality job. 100% recommended, 5 stars, etc.

We went for the sail blinds and they have transformed the conservatory. We have had a first class service from Danny and we are so pleased with the end result. Would thoroughly recommend Maria Custom Blinds to anybody looking to put blinds up in their conservatory

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly professional and hardworking. Danny engaged with me to design and quote for motorised roller blinds and shutter blinds. He kept me in the loop whilst the blinds were made and then installed to a really high standard. I would absolutely recommend. Great engagement, great value for money.

Excellent service from Danny. We wanted blackout blinds and weren’t sure of the best product as we had seen some online but they didn’t seem to quite offer full blackout. The blinds Danny recommended and installed for us have put our rooms in total darkness - fantastic job can’t say thank you enough
