Broken form – has been working fine for a long time.

Now (29-2-24) – ticking the “Add details for another shutter ?” checkbox fails – it should open another set of boxes

Filling the default (1st set of boxes) form and submitting it also fails with error – “One or more fields have an error. Please check and try again.”

Same code works perfectly on a separate test site.
