Conservatory Blinds

Custom conservatory roof blinds benefit from regular cleaning, maintenance and lubrication so we offer an annual valet service which is optional on all blinds (the valet service is required as part of the Lifetime Guarantee) to ensure your blinds are kept in top condition. Of course, you can do this yourself, however, many of our customers prefer Blinds cleaning and maintenanceto let our experienced and friendly blind installers conduct an annual service for them. The service includes:

The service includes:

  • Dropping the blinds down
  • Fly/insect removal and cleaning spot marks where possible
  • Re-hanging the blinds and carry out any necessary adjustments
  • Cleaning and lubricating the support wires/nylon
  • Checking to ensure smooth operation

The valet service can usually take anything between 1 to 4 hours depending on the quantity and type of roof blinds that you have. The cost of this service is bespoke to each conservatory blind installation and is calculated taking into consideration the quantity of blinds, fabric of the blinds, size and shape of the blinds and other factors which affect the care and maintenance of the blinds.

You are under no obligation to use our after sales care and maintenance service and your comprehensive 5 year guarantee is not dependant on using the service. You can utilise the valet service at any time but it is generally best to carry out the valet service yearly from the date of installation.

Commercial Blinds

Commercial blinds can be subject to a lot of continued use by many different people and as a result, the blinds can start to malfunction if not maintained on a regular basis. Of course, you can do this yourself, however, many of our customers prefer to let our experienced and friendly blind installers conduct an annual service for them.

The service includes:

  • Visually inspect blinds for damage.
  • Lubricate moving / mechanical parts.
  • Inspect fixings for security.
  • Provide written report & quotation for remedial work.

The cost of this service is bespoke to each commercial blind installation and is calculated taking into consideration the quantity of blinds, type of blinds, size of the blinds and other factors which affect the care and maintenance of the blinds.
