He was also able to install the 56 screen fabric roller blinds with cassette top boxes only a month after he’d agreed the sale, which impressed the client and provides future referral opportunities.

Steve adds: “Although commercial jobs are fewer in numbers than domestic jobs for my business, they are usually
the higher value jobs and it’s great to have been able to complete this job to a high standard in such a short space of time. The franchise team have years of experience of successful tenders for public and private tenders and I can draw on that expertise at any time.”

Having been operating for five years, Steve will be renewing his franchise agreement when it comes up shortly.  He comments: “The business has grown steadily since launch, we’ve gradually increased the profit each year and our net profit in year four is nearly double that of year three.. As we’ve already met the increased target we set ourselves for year five, we’re looking forward to continued growth as we go forward.”
