Email marketing system to help franchisees grow sales

Marla Custom Blinds has developed an email marketing system to make it easy for its franchisees to send direct e-shots to existing and potential customers.

Sets of templates, which target both commercial and domestic customers, have been developed by the Marla head office team for franchisees to use throughout the year.

Martin Froud at Marla Custom Blinds explains how it works: “Each franchisee will have their own access, which will enable them to easily create their own custom e-shots using the templates we’ve designed. They can use these to promote local events and offers, or simply promote Marla Custom Blinds to new customers.”

“Franchisees will be able to send emails to their existing customer lists as well as commercially targeted data lists,” continues Martin. “The system also provides the ability to track who’s opened the email and which links people have clicked on, which helps with targeted follow-up calls as well as analysing the success of a particular e-shot.”

The new email marketing system is the latest in a structured package of marketing support tools that Marla Custom Blinds provided for its franchisees.

This starts at the very beginning when franchisees are provided with 12 months of digital marketing as part of their initial investment.
