Conservatory Blinds 5 Year Guarantee – <\/strong>Terms & Conditions<\/strong><\/h1>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]The 5 Year Guarantee applies to products manufactured and\/or supplied by Custom Blinds Ltd and installed by Marla Custom Blinds.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”5889″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Conservatory Blinds 5 Year Guarantee is subject to the following terms & conditions<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text css=””]\n
    \n
  • The blinds must have been supplied and installed by an authorised representative trading as Marla Custom Blinds<\/li>\n
  • The use of the products is limited to normal domestic use only.<\/li>\n
  • All products must be used in the manner for which they were intended and the guarantee does not cover products that have been misused or abused in any way.<\/li>\n
  • The faulty product must be returned to the original manufacturer premises or other premises as nominated by the authorised representative trading as Marla Custom Blinds for repair or replacement.<\/li>\n
  • If the customer requires an engineer to attend site to remove the product for return or requests the product to be repaired on site (if practical to do so) a charge will be made for travelling time to and from site.<\/li>\n
  • The guarantee does not cover general wear and tear.<\/li>\n
  • The guarantee does not cover installation.<\/li>\n
  • The guarantee applies to the UK only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Conservatory Blinds <\/strong>5 Year Guarantee does not cover the following conditions:<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]\n
      \n
    • Fair wear and tear.<\/li>\n
    • Improper care, inappropriate cleaning, mould & mildew, alteration, relocation, misuse or accidental damage to the product.<\/li>\n
    • Any repair work by unauthorized third parties on Custom Blinds Ltd products voids any warranties.<\/li>\n
    • Force majeure, such as floods, fire and earthquakes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]The guarantee is suplied by the authorised representative trading as Marla Custom Blinds.<\/strong> Proof of purchase (original Invoice) showing the authorised representative trading as Marla Custom Blinds and the date of purchase must be retained by the customer as the guarantee is only available to the original purchasing customer. The benefit of the guarantee cannot be transferred to a third party.<\/span><\/p>\n

      If the product is defective in materials or manufacture the original customer must contact Marla Custom Blinds within 30 days of the fault occurring. We reserve the right to inspect the fault before removal or repair. We must be provided with those facilities we reasonably require to carry out a proper inspection. If a replacement product or repair is necessary, we reserve the right to replace the product or carry out the repair using our own service engineers.<\/p>\n

      If the fault is not resolved, at our discretion we will either refund the purchase price, or supply new goods to you as a replacement. This shall constitute our sole obligation under this guarantee.<\/p>\n

      As our policy is one of continuous improvement, product changes may give rise to alternative products. Where an identical product is no longer available, we will supply the nearest equivalent<\/p>\n

      We strive to ensure all products carry a minimum 5 year guarantee but for the following reasons it may not be possible on certain products
      \n1. Third party supplier limits the maximum guarantee available
      \n2. Complexity\/components of manufacture prevent extended guarantee
      \n3. Liklihood of operator error
      \nThe surveyor will inform you if you have selected a product which has a limited guarantee.<\/p>\n
