Marla Custom Blinds Franchise owner Steve Hartland has been working hard recently driving his business forward resulting in April this year being a record month for Steve achieving record sales of over £18000.

The results come on the back of lots of hard work from Steve as well as support from Marla Custom Blinds.

Steve has benefited this year from coaching with award winning business coach Ian Dickson as part of the ongoing support from Marla Custom Blinds.

Steve says; “I have been working hard to put into action the insights provided by Ian and indeed Martin at head office. Ian’s message reinforced the fundamentals of driving the business forward that Martin has always been preaching. The basics don’t change but how you motivate yourself to keep doing them can.”

Marla Custom Blinds have also been implementing a structured marketing plan for the network over the last year and the benefits are now being seen with improved performance for Steve in the West Country and the head office in Fareham.

“Consumer confidence is definitely returning,” Steve adds. “People are willing to invest in their property, they’re not worried about redundancy as much as they were and I really do believe we’re beginning to get clear of the recession now.”
